You will work with a skilled workforce and contribute to quality, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement. The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing or assembly, familiarity with mechanical and electrical components, and the ability to follow work instructions and drawings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or industrial production.
• Familiarity with mechanical and electrical components.
• Ability to follow work instructions and technical drawings.
• Functional test experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble robotic systems and subassemblies according to work instructions
• Install mechanical and electrical components
• Perform functional testing and product inspections
• Identify and report quality issues and support troubleshooting activities
• Record production data in the ERP system
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Participate in Lean and continuous improvement activities
