Nimble Robotics, Inc. is seeking an Operations Supervisor to manage daily warehouse operations, oversee automated systems, and ensure production goals are met.

You will train hourly staff, coordinate maintenance for warehouse robots, and collaborate with leadership to improve safety and efficiency. The role requires 1+ years in warehouse settings, familiarity with Google Suite and WMS, and a proactive, high-agency approach.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in warehouse environments, preferably highly automated or e-commerce.
• Working knowledge of Google Suite.
• Working knowledge of WMS systems.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations.
• Strong communication in fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production for Nimble’s warehouse operations across shifts.
• Supervise inbound and outbound shipments and ensure timeliness.
• Coordinate maintenance and operation of warehouse robots and equipment.
• Develop and communicate scheduling and staffing to meet production goals.
• Provide feedback and coaching to hourly staff and conduct performance reviews.
• Ensure timekeeping accuracy and adherence to safety programs.
