Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Paint Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the reliability of automated paint-line systems in a fast-paced U.S. manufacturing environment.

You will perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on automated paint-line equipment; troubleshoot robotic systems, electrical controls, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical components; respond to breakdowns to minimize downtime; support continuous improvement and maintain maintenance

Qualifications

• Industrial robotics experience is required.
• Experience troubleshooting automated manufacturing equipment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical maintenance skills required.
• Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems helpful.
• Experience maintaining large-scale production equipment desired.
• Strong diagnostic and problem solving abilities required.
• Technical training or maintenance certification preferred.
• Candidates must be flexible to support multiple shifts, weekends, and on-call requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on automated paint-line equipment.
• Troubleshoot robotic systems, electrical controls, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical components.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize production downtime.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and equipment reliability efforts.
• Maintain maintenance records, technical documentation, and spare-parts inventories.
