Job summary

ASR Group is seeking a Packaging Maintenance Electrical Supervisor to lead high‑speed packaging equipment maintenance. You will oversee electricians, troubleshoot Fanuc robot cells, palletizers, and related machinery in a union environment.

Requirements include a high school diploma or industrial maintenance certification and 2+ years in a similar role. Weekend/overtime work and physical effort are expected in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; relevant industrial maintenance cert preferred.
• Experience in maintenance supervision in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong knowledge of electrical/mechanical systems and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance and repairs of packaging equipment and robotics.
• Read blueprints and schematics; update drawings as needed.
• Oversee weekend/overtime scheduling and ensure safety procedures.
• Troubleshoot packaging machines and allied systems with speed and accuracy.
• Manage materials, supplies, and basic metalwork as required.
• Maintain relationships and resolve conflicts, prioritizing safety.
