• Assist with deployment documentation, checklists, and installation readiness reviews.
• Shadow customer calls and planning meetings to capture notes and actions.
• Prepare customer-facing materials, FAQs, and onboarding docs.
• Support post-deployment tracking and follow-up coordination.
• Assist engineers with testing, setup, or validation of robotic systems.
• Document edge cases and process improvements to improve repeatability.
• Organize SOPs and cross-functional documentation.
