Job summary

Faraday Future is seeking a Robotics Data Operator Intern in Los Angeles to collect high-fidelity human behavior and robot teleoperation data for training next‑generation Vision-Language-Action models. You will capture data using head-mounted devices and VR interfaces across diverse environments, ensuring high-quality multi-modal datasets.

Ideal candidates are pursuing or have completed a CS degree, with strong attention to detail, familiarity with VR gear, and basic knowledge of video capture

Qualifications

• 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field or internship.
• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS or related field.
• Extreme attention to detail and ability to follow complex technical guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Egocentric Data Collection using head-mounted recording devices.
• VR Teleoperation of robotic systems for complex manipulation tasks.
• Maintain recording standards: 1080p, 30FPS, horizontal orientation, FOV >130°.
• Ensure data formatted correctly (MCAP, HDF5) and uploaded per protocol.
