Job summary

Foundry Robotics is building an AI-native robotics manufacturing company focused on deploying advanced assembly and production capability for robotics teams and national-security-critical hardware. This role expects a Technical Program Manager who turns model team requirements into production data, defines data capture, and ensures rigor and scalability from initial task spec to pre-delivery validation.

You will be the day-to-day interface with the model team and frontier labs, owning hours

Qualifications

• 3–5 years as a strong PM or TPM with exposure to hardware, data pipelines, or physical workflows.
• Experience building data collection or technical operations programs from the ground up.
• Ability to own task specs, QA programs, and standardization.
• Hands-on calibration and on-floor experience combined with stakeholder updates.

Responsibilities

• Manage rig fleet end-to-end including procurement, lifecycle, and vendor relationships.
• Own rig calibration cadence, drift detection, and per-operator VR calibration.
• Define success criteria and translate data needs into usable rules.
• Author SOPs and lead floor execution, pilot batches, and quality gates.
• Capture daily logs, weekly reports, and 48-hour handoff SLA.
• Run RCA on rejected batches and report program OKRs and governance.
