Qualifications

• Master's degree in CS/Robotics/CE/EE or related field required.
• PhD preferred for senior leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Lead major project aspects as technical lead, co-PI or PI.
• Provide innovative solutions to technical challenges on projects.
• Lead discussions with sponsors and prepare presentation materials.
• Manage engineers and assign tasks on projects.
• Lead design, development, and testing of complex robotics systems.
• Lead analysis of requirements, systems, and performance.
• Oversee project financials.
