Nashville Display is hiring a CNC Machinist / Robotics Machine Operator in Nashville, TN. You’ll train to program, troubleshoot, and optimize robotic welding equipment in a high‑tech manufacturing environment.

Ideal candidates have CNC/machine programming experience, strong PC skills, and the ability to read blueprints and use a tape measure. Earn up to $24/hour during training with potential for raises as robotics skills grow.

Qualifications

• Experience with CNC machining and machine programming in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to read blueprints and use a tape measure for precision measurements.
• Familiarity with 3D modeling software and AutoCAD is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Train to program, troubleshoot, and optimize robotic welding equipment.
• Set up robotic welding cells, fixtures, and jigs for production runs.
• Perform machine changeovers and assist with robotic system setup and calibration.
• Monitor weld quality and adjust programs to improve performance.
• Use blueprints, drawings, and measurements to support programming and production.
• Work with AutoCAD files and 3D models to refine programs.
• Read blueprints and accurately use a tape measure.
• Conduct test runs and fine‑tune robotic processes for quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team to resolve production challenges and drive improvements.
• Maintain a safe, organized work environment while meeting goals.
