Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in robotics, automation, manufacturing engineering, or CNC programming.
• Experience with high-speed machining in a production environment.
• Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Hands-on experience with industrial robot programming and automation systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support robotic and automation programming solutions for manufacturing operations.
• Program and optimize ABB, FANUC, and KUKA robotic systems and robotic work cells.
• Interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications to support production requirements.
• Implement and maintain CNC/NC programming and machining processes.
• Support CAD/CAM applications and manufacturing software tools.
• Troubleshoot production issues and drive process improvements.
• Train and mentor team members on automation and robotic technologies.
