Job summary

Zimmer Biomet in the United States is seeking a Robotics Clinical Specialist to support technology launches at key accounts, educate teams on the ROSA and other technologies, and help customers achieve their program goals.

You will develop launch plans, train surgeons and staff, onboard accounts with installations, ensure QA compliance, and drive customer satisfaction through clear communication. Travel up to 75%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or technical discipline preferred.
• Associate’s degree with equivalent experience will be considered.
• Minimum 2–3 years of clinical sales experience or 1 year of orthopedic sales or case coverage experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop account specific launch plan to enable locally sustainable support and use of new technologies.
• Lead surgical teams through training pathways to educate surgeons, staff and administrators on the ROSA system and other technologies.
• Onboard new accounts, including system installation, in-service to facility staff, training of local implant sales colleagues and clinical support during enabling technology cases.
• Support advanced technology upgrades as required.
• Responsible for key administration duties.
• Promote highest levels of customer satisfaction through timely responses, clear communications, and professional appearance.
• Follow QA policies and attend annual trainings.

What You Can Expect

The Robotics Clinical Specialist is apart of our Technology Launch team and will promote and support technology centric product launches at key customer accounts. As part of the program development team, the Robotics Clinical Specialist will educate, train, and assist key stakeholders of sustainable use of technology helping customers achieve their technology program goals.

How You'll Create Impact

• Develop account specific launch plan to enable locally sustainable support and use of new technologies
• Lead surgical teams through training pathways designed to educate and train surgeons, staff, and administrators on the ROSA™ system and other technologies
• Partners with Technology Solutions Manager and Field Service technicians to onboard new accounts, including attend system installation, provide in-service to relevant facility staff, train local implant sales colleagues and provide clinical support during enabling technology cases
• Supports advancedtechnology upgradesas required
• Responsible for key administration duties
• Promote the highest levels ofcustomer satisfactionthrough the timely response of customer inquiries, clear and effective communications, and professional appearances.
• Follow all internal communication and documentation policies (QA).
• Attend annual trainings as required

Your Background

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or technical discipline preferred. Associate’s degree with equivalent experience will be considered.

Base salary of $85,000 - $95,000 USD with a $50,000 USD incentive
