Hanker Systems, Inc. is seeking a Surgical Tech - OR for day shifts in Mission Hills, CA. You will support a variety of surgical procedures, maintain sterile fields, pass instruments, and assist with robotic-assisted Da Vinci Xi cases.

This role involves room turnover, call rotation, and collaboration with surgeons and nursing staff. Qualifications include current BLS certification, CST credential, at least 2 years of acute care surgical tech experience, and robotics experience.

Competenze

• Current BLS Certification is required.
• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential is required.
• Minimum 2 years Acute Care Surgical Tech experience (Hard Stop).
• Community Hospital experience is required.
• First-time travelers accepted only with 5+ years experience.
• Robotics experience is required (Hard Stop).

Mansioni

• Prepare operating rooms for a variety of surgical procedures.
• Establish and maintain sterile fields throughout operative cases.
• Pass instruments, sutures, supplies, and equipment to surgeons during procedures.
• Perform surgical counts with nursing staff according to policy.
• Prepare case carts, instruments, and specialty equipment.
• Handle, label, and process surgical specimens appropriately.
• Support robotic-assisted surgical procedures include Da Vinci Xi cases.
• Assist in orthopedic, spine, neuro, vascular, urology, ENT, plastics, GYN, and general surgery cases.
• Ensure compliance with aseptic technique and infection prevention standards.
• Assist with room turnover and preparation for subsequent procedures.
• Participate in call rotation as assigned by department leadership.
