Qualifications

• 1+ year(s) experience in equipment assembly, programming, maintenance, inspection, and/or quality control; experience in electronics assembly helpful.
• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. BS/Technical secondary education or trade experience preferred.
• Ability to read and create technical diagrams, blueprints, and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support new and existing products and technologies by testing methodologies and assembly of dispensing and automation equipment.
• Evaluate and assist in configuring fluid handling and robotics equipment through experimental processes and performance analysis.
• Perform analytical tests using instruments (thermal analysis, voltage meters, spectrometers, radiometers, decibel meters, microscopes, scales, cameras) for equipment evaluation.
• Build subassemblies and finished units following or creating work instructions, documenting procedures and bulletins.
• Report progress and manage timelines, communicating setbacks or delays proactively.
• Maintain inventory and ERP transactions, coordinating with team members and vendors.
