Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Robotics, Automation, or related engineering discipline with 5+ years of experience or equivalent.
Hands-on experience with robotics, automation, PLCs, HMIs, vision systems, servos, and labeling equipment.
Experience maintaining robotic and automated equipment in regulated environments.
Familiarity with IQ/OQ/PQ validation and regulatory documentation.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on engineering support and maintenance of robotic and automated production floor equipment in a regulated setting.
Define, procure, and support automated filling, labeling, and packaging equipment (SOW, specs, FAT, SAT).
Apply project management skills to lead capital equipment and improvement projects.
Investigate and resolve equipment failures with root-cause analysis and CAPA.
Prepare and support validations (IQ/OQ/PQ) to meet FDA/regulatory requirements.
