Job summary

MasterBrand is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer – Robotics & Automation to drive process improvements and automation across the manufacturing facility. You will serve as the technical expert for robotic systems, PLC controls, machine vision, and Industry 4.0 initiatives.

The role requires hands-on experience with industrial robotics, automation equipment, and cross-functional collaboration on continuous improvement projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of manufacturing engineering experience in automated environments.
• Hands-on experience with industrial robotics and automation systems preferred.
• Experience programming, troubleshooting, commissioning, and optimizing robotic equipment.

Responsibilities

• Program, troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain industrial robotic systems.
• Develop robot applications to improve safety, productivity, quality, and ergonomics.
• Lead automation projects from concept through implementation.
