Inbolt is seeking a Robotic Application Engineer to deploy solutions in customer factories and ensure satisfaction. You will lead on-site deployments, client demonstrations, and installation training, while collaborating with engineering teams to address feedback and improve systems.

The role requires extensive travel, hands-on robotics expertise, and strong coding and vision fundamentals to deliver high-quality industrial solutions.

Qualifications

• Based in Poland and able to travel extensively.
• Fluent English and professional working Polish.
• 2–5 years in industrial robotics, systems integration, or customer deployment.
• Solid Python programming skills.
• Experience with programming industrial robots (FANUC, ABB, UR) is preferred.
• Comfortable with project management and computer vision fundamentals.
• High standards for code quality and stability.

Responsibilities

• Conducting on-site and off-site meetings with clients, necessitating frequent travel to customer sites

• Managing customer demonstrations, client projects and technological developments

• Overseeing the on-site installation of products and training customer teams

• Deploying and monitoring production systems

• Diagnosing, investigating, and addressing customer feedback regarding the use of Inbolt products

Requirements

• Strong problem-solving skills; background in deep-tech / manufacturing is a plus
