Qualifications

• PhD or Master’s with research experience in robotics.
• Experience with imitation learning and reinforcement learning for whole-body control.
• Experience with hierarchicalQP and model-predictive control.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement whole body control methods for balance and locomotion.
• Develop learned and model-based control techniques.
• Create robust safety behaviors for varied terrains and tasks.
• Implement real-time controllers with stability guarantees.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to co-design hardware and algorithms.
• Mentor junior engineers and scientists.
