Flexion Robotics seeks an AI Research Engineer/Scientist focused on Human Data for robotics. The role centers on building foundation models that learn from multimodal human demonstrations, wearables, and sensors to enable generalizable dexterous manipulation in humanoid robots.

You will scale data pipelines, design architectures, and deploy real-world demonstrations. The ideal candidate has a PhD in CS or equivalent, strong experience with vision and multimodal models, and a track record in

Competenze

• PhD in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with vision, vision-language, video, and other multimodal models using human data.
• Experience with multimodal generative modeling, training, and inference.
• Experience with reinforcement learning and imitation learning.

Mansioni

• Develop scalable pipelines to integrate human video demonstrations and wearable data into foundation model workflows.
• Build automated pipelines for 3D object and environment reconstruction from capture data.
