Qualifications

Solid Python or C++, and comfortable with vendor SDKs and sparse docs.
Comfortable in Linux and Windows and getting hardware to talk.
Computer vision fundamentals from coursework or projects.
Experience with AI coding tools and explaining their limitations.

Responsibilities

Apprenticeship across perception, simulation, robot integration, and demonstration capture.
Build and evaluate vision models on synthetic and real data and close sim-to-real gaps.
Create simulation scenes and synthetic training data for robots.
Bring up cameras, grippers, and robot arms; calibrate and run end-to-end pick-and-place.
Develop the knowledge base used by AI agents and write design docs.
