Job summary

AdventHealth Medical Group in Palm Coast and DeLand, Florida seeks a board-certified or board-eligible, robotically trained gynecologic surgeon to join our expanding Gynecology and Women’s Health program. This full-time position offers robotics-focused practice, dedicated OR time, EPIC EMR, and strong referral networks within a collaborative multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gynecologic Surgery.
• Robotically trained with experience in robotic platforms.
• Eligible for Florida medical licensure.
• Strong communication and team-oriented collaboration.
• Committed to patient-centered, multidisciplinary care.

Responsibilities

• Perform robotically assisted gynecologic procedures such as hysterectomy and endometriosis excision.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary Women's Health team.
• Share consult and call rotation among gynecologic surgeons.
• Build a robotics-focused surgical practice with dedicated OR time.

AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible, robotically trained Gynecologic Surgeon to join our growing Gynecology and Women’s Health program in Palm Coast and DeLand, Florida.

This opportunity is part of a growth and expansion strategy in Palm Coast, while the DeLand position offers the opportunity to join an established practice as part of a planned physician retirement transition.

Typical Weekly Schedule

• 2 days in the OR
• 2.5 days in clinic
• 4 hours of administrative time per week

Outpatient Procedures

• Robotic-assisted laparoscopic hysterectomy
• Endometriosis excision
• Abdominal myomectomy
• Ovarian cystectomy
• Laparoscopic salpingectomy
• Rectocele repair
• Cystocele repair
• Perineorrhaphy
• Hysteroscopy with endometrial biopsy
• Dilation and curettage
• Tubal ligation

In-Office Procedures

• Colposcopy
• Endometrial biopsy
• Nexplanon insertion and removal
• IUD insertion and removal
• Pessary fitting

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gynecologic Surgery
• Robotically trained
