Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in robotic welding within a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Hands-on experience with robotic welding setup, programming, troubleshooting, and operation required.
• Experience improving cycle times and driving quality improvements.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize robotic welding programs for new and existing parts.
• Perform troubleshooting of robotic welding systems and respond to production support needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate and release parts into production.
• Monitor and improve welding cell performance, including efficiency tracking.
