Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years in manufacturing or assembly facilities.
• Supervisory or related experience preferred.
• Familiar with print reading and inspection tools.
• ERP experience preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate robotic welding stations for maximum efficiency.
• Hire, train, review and support robot operators, welders, programmers, and other department staff.
• Track work orders, post production, conduct cycle counts.
• Maintain open lines of communication between employees and managers.
• Ensure resources and assets are used efficiently and correctly.
