EZG Manufacturing is seeking a Robotic Welding Operator / Tack Welder to join our fabrication team. You will mix manual tacking with automated welding, loading tanks, and keeping a steady flow between stations. Qualifications

• Experience with MIG welding is preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints, weld symbols and work instructions.
• Familiarity with robotic/automated welding is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with a quality-first mindset.
• Capable of managing two tasks in rotation in a production setting.

Responsibilities

• Set up tank components in weld fixtures and tack per instructions.
• Load the fixtureed tank onto the robotic welder and start the cycle.
• While one tank welds, tack the next in a second fixture.
• Monitor weld cycle, detect faults, and respond to maintain flow.
• Inspect tack welds and finished welds for quality and alignment.
• Keep fixtures and robot area clean and report wear or issues.
