Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Welding Engineering, Welding Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or closely related discipline.
• Strong hands-on MIG/GMAW welding knowledge.
• Experience with robotic welding programming and troubleshooting.
• Experience optimizing welding parameters and improving welding processes.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, set, and optimize welding schedules and parameters.
• Program and troubleshoot robotic welding cells.
• Apply hands‑on MIG/GMAW welding knowledge.
• Identify weld defects, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Improve welding fixtures, tooling, processes, quality, and cycle times.
• Work directly with production employees and provide technical guidance.
