Job summary

Paylocity is seeking a Robot Welder to operate robotic welding cells on our production floor. You will follow Work Instructions, inspect first-piece quality, and ensure parts are counted and labeled correctly.

Candidates should have a High School diploma or GED, MIG welding experience preferred, and the ability to read blueprints and follow safety PPE requirements. The role requires standing most of the shift and rotating among machines.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Previous MIG welding experience preferred.
• Standing, twisting, lifting, bending, reaching for long periods.
• Follow WI, safety PPE and maintain clean, safe work habits.
• Must read blueprints and read/write legibly.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to rotate among machines.

Responsibilities

• Weld parts to schedule and WI specifications.
• Verify with Quality 1st piece inspection.
• Hammer-stamp on all products produced.
• Count and label products correctly.
• Perform preventive maintenance and housekeeping in welding area.
• Meet or exceed efficiency and quality welding standards.
• Remove non-conforming material at shift end.
• Adhere to JOST safety, environmental, and quality standards.
