Welders supports manufacturing operations by producing quality welded assemblies using MIG welding and fabrication equipment. This role works from blueprints and work instructions to fixture, tack, and weld steel assemblies while ensuring safe, efficient, and consistent production. As employees develop their welding skills and production knowledge, there is an opportunity to grow into a Robotic Grinder Operator and Robotic Welder Operator role, supporting automated welding systems and robotic welding cells.
