Westmor Industries is seeking a dependable individual to join our team as a Robotic Welder Operator. In this role, you will work with robotic welding systems and play a key part in ensuring high-quality results. Responsibilities:
  • Operate and oversee robotic welding systems to maintain optimal performance.
  • Prepare and complete jobs by loading and unloading fixtures.
  • Inspect weld quality and remove spatter using appropriate tools such as chisels and grinders.
  • Upload welding programs to the computer and resolve any robot fault conditions.
  • Implement accurate welding parameters, procedures, and operations to ensure high-quality results.
  • Adhere to company safety standards and follow safe work practices at all times.
Compensation:

The starting pay range for this position is $20-$24 per hour. Final compensation will depend on skills, experience, and location.

Schedule:

Day shift, 6:00am - 4:30pm, Monday through Friday.
