Qualifications

• Solid mechanical skills and a knack for working with machinery.
• Able to produce strong, precise welds and take the lead when needed
• Quick to learn new processes and equipment
• Comfortable asking questions to get it right
• Good hand-eye coordination with strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Preparation & Assembly: Prepare, fit, and assemble steel components for precision robotic welding operations
• Welding Execution: Perform welds in all positions according to blueprints, specifications, and established welding procedures
• Quality Assurance: Inspect completed welds to ensure quality standards are met, including post-weld finishing and cleanup
• Safety & Organization: Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while supporting efficient production flow
• Teamwork: Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and maintain high performance standards
