Job summary

Standard Iron is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Robotic Welders to operate and monitor robotic welding equipment to produce high-quality metal components that meet customer specifications. The role emphasizes safety, precision, and adherence to blueprints in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

The position offers 1st shift, Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM, a 4-day work week, and a $1,500 hiring bonus paid over the first year.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of production robotic welding experience preferred.
• Ability to pass a 3G Vertical Up weld test using .035 solid wire with pulse welding.
• Basic understanding of blueprints and welding specifications.
• Experience with MIG and pulse welding processes.
• Ability to set up and adjust welding equipment.
• Experience using inspection and measuring tools.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate robotic welding systems to weld metal parts according to specifications
• Load and unload parts, fixtures, and materials into robotic cells
• Perform basic programming adjustments and troubleshoot minor equipment issues
• Inspect finished welds to ensure quality standards and compliance with blueprints
• Complete required documentation, including production counts and quality checks
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Robotic Welders to join our team. In this role, you will operate and monitor robotic welding equipment to produce high-quality metal components to ensure high-quality, durable results that meet customer specifications. Compensation & Schedule

Pay Range: $22.00-$34.00 per hour (Starting rate commensurate with experience)

$1,500 Hiring Bonus paid over your first year of employment

First Shift

• Monday – Thursday
