An established industry player is seeking a skilled Robotic Welder to join their dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for programming and operating robotic welders to ensure high-quality metal workpieces are produced according to specifications. Summary: Programs and tends one or more industrial robotic welders to weld metal workpieces to specifications on a production basis by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Supervisory Duties: The position may require occasional supervisory responsibility in the absence of Teamleader and/or for relaying general information.

Education & Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); three to five years welding experience and/or training; basic blueprint proficiency required. Previous robotic programming experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine correspondence. Ability to speak effectively with vendors and employees of the organization.
Math Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.
Reasoning Skills: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
