Job summary

Hendrickson is seeking a welding associate to assist in welding processes using robotic and hand welding skills, and to identify weld quality. The role supports quality inspections and collaborates within a team to ensure production standards are met.

Responsibilities include operating robotic welders, transferring components to the line, and maintaining weld certifications. This position emphasizes attention to detail and safety in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalency.
• Ability to pass 2G welding test.
• Must possess a high level of attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret production schedules and build specifications.
• Ability to work overtime as production demands require.
• Must be able to demonstrate good mechanical skills.
• Results oriented.
• Hands-on, systematic individual.
• Strong communication skills.
• Associate degree in related field a plus for promotional opportunities.
