Job summary

Standard Iron is seeking a skilled robotic welder to join our Grand Island manufacturing team. You will operate robotic welding systems, load/unload parts, perform basic programming adjustments, and inspect weld quality to ensure compliance with blueprints.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of production robotic welding experience, can read blueprints, and maintain a safe, organized work area. We offer a competitive hourly wage, a $1,500 hiring bonus, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of production robotic welding experience preferred.
• Ability to pass a 3G Vertical Up weld test using .035 solid wire with pulse welding.
• Basic understanding of blueprints and welding specifications.
• Experience with MIG and pulse welding processes.
• Ability to set up and adjust welding equipment.
• Experience using inspection and measuring tools.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.

Responsibilities

Compensation & Schedule

Pay Range: $22.00-$34.00 per hour (Starting rate commensurate with experience)

$1,500 Hiring Bonus paid over your first year of employment

First Shift

• Monday – Thursday
• 6:00Am-4:30PM
• 4-Day Work Week
