Life Fitness / Hammer Strength in Owatonna, MN is seeking a Robotic Welder for the 3rd shift. You will operate welding robots to produce components for premium strength and fitness equipment.

The role offers a 4-day workweek (Mon–Thu, 7:30 PM–6:00 AM) with a $2.00 per hour shift differential and eligible Production Bonus Plan, plus comprehensive benefits and on-site fitness center.

• Must be detail-oriented with mechanical aptitude.
• Punctual and dependable.

• Ability to read, understand, and follow safety procedures in English.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor welding robots throughout production.
• Set up and tear down jobs by loading and unloading fixtures and parts.
• Perform visual quality inspections of parts and welds.
• Remove weld spatter using a chisel or grinder as needed.
• Tag completed rework jobs appropriately.
• Complete daily equipment inspections.
• Report material shortages or quality concerns to your Lead or Supervisor.
• Safely operate a hoist to position parts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Your base wage will be between $20.00 - $23.88 per hour and includes eligibility for overtime. The actual wage offer will be based on qualifications, experience, location, and other relevant factors. You’ll have the opportunity to participate in the Production Bonus Plan, which provides opportunities to earn additional compensation based on performance metrics.
