Qualifications

• 1 year of Robotic Welding or related role experience.
• In-depth knowledge of robotics and welding.
• Excellent creativity and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to engage in advanced mathematical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Program and operate automated welding robots.
• Provide programming and engineering support to robotic welding operations.
• Optimize welding programs to reduce cycle time and improve quality.
• Follow weld schedules and transfer new products to the robotic cells.
• Design fixtures to facilitate productive welding of production parts.
• Provide training and documentation to ensure proficiency of welding team.
• Coordinate with maintenance for proper preventative maintenance schedules.
