Webco Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a Robotic Weld Operator for the day shift (Mon-Fri, 7:00 am–3:30 pm) to join our production team in Platte City, MO. You will program and operate automated welding robots to increase capacity and efficiency.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in robotic welding, solid knowledge of robotics and welding, and strong problem-solving and analytical skills. We offer ESOP, quarterly bonuses, and a best-in-class benefits package.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year of experience in robotic welding preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of robotics and welding.
• Excellent creativity, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to engage in advanced mathematical concepts.

Aufgaben

• Programming (10%) and operating (90%) automated welding robots.
• Provide general programming and engineering support to robotic welding operations.
• Optimize current robotic welding programs to reduce cycle time and improve quality.
• Follow defined weld schedules.
• Increase robotic weld utilization by transitioning manual welding to robots.
• Collaborate with customers and business team to transfer new products to robotic welding equipment.
• Design fixtures to facilitate productive and flexible welding of production parts.
• Provide training and documentation to ensure proficiency of welding team.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff to define preventive maintenance schedules.
