Allied Steel Buildings and Allied Fabricators L.L.C. is seeking a Machine Operator to set up, operate, and maintain metal fabrication machinery for producing steel components used in structural beams and assemblies.

The role requires reading blueprints, controlling robotic welding systems, and ensuring quality and productivity on the shop floor. You will work on plasma tables, CNC machines, and manual equipment, with opportunities to contribute to process improvements and maintain high-quality

Competenze

Experience operating fabrication equipment, with emphasis on structural steel fabrication.
Reading blueprints, weld symbols and fabrication details required.
Ability to troubleshoot and work with CNC/robotic systems is a plus.

Mansioni

Set up machines, tooling and robotic programs based on production specs and shop drawings.
Operate and monitor robotic welding and automated fabrication equipment.
Fabricate structural steel beams and assemblies with accurate fit-up and positioning.
Inspect finished parts for quality and dimensional accuracy.
Document production output and downtime accurately.
