Job summary

Royal Surgical Associates seeks a Board-Certified Urologist for long-term coverage in Hancock, MI. The position features a 2-week on/2-week off rotation with 4 clinic days and 1 OR day per week, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with no call coverage.

You will perform general urology, laparoscopic surgeries, ureteroscopy, and TRUS biopsies, with Da Vinci Xi robot available onsite. Michigan license, CDS, and DEA are required, along with ACLS and board certification or eligibility.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Urology per ABU or ABO.
• Michigan medical license with CDS and DEA.
• ACGME or AOA-accredited residency or fellowship completed in Urology.
• ACLS certification required.
• Minimum 50 urologic procedures in past 12 months or recent residency/fellowship.
• Current board certification or board eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinic and operating room coverage 2 weeks on/2 weeks off rotation.
• Perform and assist in urologic procedures including laparoscopic/robotic surgery.
• Manage on-site Da Vinci robot and participate in trauma patient care.
• Maintain licensing and regulatory compliance.
