Job summary

Curative is seeking a confident general urologist with robotic experience to lead and grow a regional urology program. The role includes operating DaVinci Xi and Si platforms to expand robotic and complex cases, in a teaching hospital with residency programs.

The candidate will drive the growth of the program, manage a 1:3 call schedule, and contribute to 30 days of PTO, loan repayment, signing bonus, and relocation support. J1/H1B sponsorship is available.

Qualifications

• Board-certified/board-eligible urologist with robotic surgery experience.
• Willingness to lead and grow a regional robotics-focused urology program.
• Ability to perform full-scope urology including robotic and complex reconstructions.
