Job summary

Delkor Systems in Saint Paul, MN seeks an experienced Robotic System Electrical Technician to assemble electrical subassemblies for Delkor machines and systems. You will collaborate with Assembly, Production Control, Engineering, Checkout and Project Managers to keep projects on time and within budget.

You will follow electrical assembly methods, work with SolidWorks models, review build books, and ensure company electrical standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; strong problem solving and math skills.
• Two-year degree or formal coursework in Robotics, Automated Machinery, or Electrical Panel Building preferred.
• Experience using a variety of hand tools.
• Experience with pneumatic and electrical tools, grinders, band saws, sanders, lifting and moving devises, drills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical main enclosures and junction boxes.
• Complete Electrical Change Requests (ECR) for improvements.
• Navigate SolidWorks models to identify issues and clarify the build process.
• Assist with crating and shipment of machines.
• Ensure electrical standards and guidelines are followed.
• Return stock parts to the build and checkout processes.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
