Description

Position Purpose:

Collaborate with business and IT teams to identify use cases for RPA, gather requirements, and translate them into technical solutions. Design, develop, and test RPA workflows. Support automation deployment.

• Understand, refine, and document business requirements with stakeholders to design automation solutions.
• Review automation solutions, identify gaps, and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Develop, test, and implement automation solutions using UiPath platform.
• Conduct design and code reviews to meet programming standards, including source admin for RPA.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to deploy automation solutions in production.

Minimum Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field from an accredited institution.
• Equivalent experience in RPA development, testing, and maintenance may substitute for a degree on a year-for-year basis.

Certification:

• UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD)

Experience:

• At least 5 years of RPA development, testing, and maintenance with UiPath.
• At least 5 years of software development experience in object-oriented languages such as C#, C++, VB, Java, or Python.
• 3 years of experience working with databases like Microsoft SQL, MySQL, or Postgres.
• 2 years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
• 2 years of systems administration experience in Windows and Linux environments.
• Experience working in hybrid (on-premise and cloud) environments.
