Job description

• 2 years experience as an automation engineer
• Minimum of 2 years hands on RPA experience on one of the popular platforms (e.g. Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Fortra, BluePrism, Xceptor, etc.)
• Very strong experience with both RPA and automation
• AI exposure
• Bachelors in Computer Science, information systems, engineering, etc
• Experience with data automation and document ingestion
• Experience in both day to day maintenance of automation & build new processes
• Experience building automation processes from scratch (taking requirements from the business, know what questions to ask the business and how to dig in on their requirements, then put together a Promapp)
• Worked in SQL before - knows a where clause and join clause, join two tables
• Experience with APIs
• Experience with process diagraming using lucid chart, Promapp, or other tools (put the requirements from the business into charts/maps)
• Experience using Excel

PLUS:

• Hands on experience with xceptor (centralizing all operations reconciliations thru it) HUGE PLUS

DAY TO DAY:

Our financial services client is seeking an Automation Engineer to join their team as a full time employee based. This role is hybrid one day per week in office in Center City Philadelphia. This is a super exciting role that works hands on with RPA and process automation daily. You would be joining a team of 3 other Automation Engineers and report into the manager of the team. 90% of this person’s work will be building automation through the tool Automation Anywhere. This team will support internal team’s at the customer like” finance, HR, and more. This team follows a clear approach when building out their automation processes, for example: this team works to take requirements from the business, ask the business questions, then puts together a Promapp from there, and lastly builds out the automation processes. This team works hands on with process diagraming using Lucid Chart and Promapp to take requirements from the business (for example, a file comes in, then they parse it out, then the QA team tests, and then they put it on the schedule to go live).
