Job description
The Role

As a Robotic Process Developer II, you will be responsible for creating advanced automation solutions using various methods to support our automation initiatives. You will collaborate with end users and team members in the design, development, testing, and maintenance of automation projects across the organization. You will also engineer process patterns to create reusable assets within our architecture. By utilizing process automation best practices, you will ensure that automations meet business requirements and achieve efficiency targets. Additionally, you will consult on and develop multiple automation projects, ensuring timely delivery.

Location

This role is designated as a fully remote position within the United States.

The Main Responsibilities
  • Work with customers on high value automation opportunities to consult, design, develop, and/or support solutions using a variety of technologies including, RPA, scripting, hybrid solutions, application development, and APIs
  • Conduct code reviews and establish quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of code quality.
  • Debug and optimize integrations for performance, stability, and maintainability.
  • Collaborate amongst various functional teams, analysts and architects.
  • Understanding of workflow-based logic and ability to both understand a current state of the business process from a workflow diagram, and conceptualize future state of that workflow in an automated solution.
  • Have flexibility to be on-call in rare cases during off-hours to manage maintenance & unexpected outages.
What We Look For in a Candidate
  • 4+ years of experience with any of the following: PHP, JavaScript, SQL, Python
  • Familiarity with the programming paradigm of object-oriented programming
  • Experience working with MySQL or Oracle databases
  • Experience creating and interfacing with SOAP/REST APIs
  • Experience with writing scripts for automating tasks
  • Proficient with Git
  • Proficient at maintaining documentation, managing enterprise code delivery, and migration between environments
  • 2+ years of experience working with business solutions
  • Development experience in building automation using RPA tools (Microsoft Power Automate & UIPath)

Preferred

  • Linux Administration in a LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP) environment
  • Knowledge of Oracle Database Administration
  • Experience with DevOps tools and concepts
  • 3+ years of telecom experience
Compensation

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors

Location Based Pay Ranges

$66,375 - $88,500 in these states: AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MO, MS, MT, ND, NE, NM, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, UT, VT, WI, WV, and WY.

$69,694 - $92,925 in these states: CO, HI, MI, MN, NC, NH, NV, OR, and RI.

$73,013 - $97,350 in these states: AK, CA, CT, DC, DE, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, TX, VA, and WA
