Job summary

Magnit Direct Sourcing on behalf of Toyota is actively hiring a Paint Seibi Technician for a 12-month assignment in Georgetown, Kentucky. This role involves online and offline robot programming for Sealer/UBC/Dampening, Primer/Base/Clear coat, quality evaluation, and documentation.

Responsibilities include running programs, trials, parameter adjustments, reach studies, cycle time analysis, and creating handover documents. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Online robot programming – Sealer, UBC, and Dampening.
• Run trials and adjust process parameters as required.
• Evaluate quality against drawings and ensure standards are met.
• Online robot programming – Primer, Base, and Clear coat.
• Run trials and adjust process parameters as required.
• Evaluate quality against drawings and ensure standards are met.
• Offline robot programming using simulation software.
• Perform reach studies and cycle time analysis.
• Use elco-meters, wave-scan and X-Rite to evaluate quality.
• Create snapshots of the robot processes for the NAMC's.
• Must be able to use Microsoft Office and communicate in writing.
