Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with automated robotic painting systems.
• Strong knowledge of spray equipment and fluid delivery.
• Experience troubleshooting paint defects and adjusting parameters.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily painting operations across first and second shifts to meet production, quality, and safety goals.
• Provide technical guidance to paint technicians, operators, and production personnel.
• Support startup activities, equipment commissioning, process validation, and SOP development.
• Coordinate production activities, staffing, and workflow for efficiency.
• Monitor performance and identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, and equipment reliability.
• Oversee operation, programming, and troubleshooting of robotic painting systems.
