Job summary

Huntington Ingalls Industries, Inc. (HII) Mission Technologies seeks a Robotic Operations Center (ROC) Operations Coordinator to support a customer at Mayport Naval Station, FL.

You will interface with Government personnel, support FCC operations, and coordinate autonomous mission sets within the SOUTHCOM AOR. The role requires strong communication, multi-tasking, and self-starting abilities; eligibility for TS/SCI clearance is required; multiple experience levels may be offered depending on

Qualifications

• 5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 years with Masters; or 9 years with HS diploma.
• 9 years relevant experience with HS diploma or equivalent and 13 years with Masters
• 15 years relevant experience with HS diploma or equivalent and 19 years with HS diploma
• Must possess and maintain a TS/SCI clearance
• Fleet level watch experience or equivalent
• Working knowledge of airspace de-confliction and ATO process
• Working knowledge of water space management

Responsibilities

• Provide continuity to the Battle Watch Captain and ensure proper transfer of information and control.
• Manage operation of collaborative tools within the Fleet Command Center (FCC).
• Track readiness of forces assigned to NAVSOUTH/C4F and coordinate maritime operations.
• Synchronize and de-conflict maritime operations across USSOUTHCOM components.
• Supervise establishment and maintenance of the maritime COP.
