Van-Am Tool & Engineering in Saint Joseph, MO is seeking a Full-Time Welder to join our onsite manufacturing team. You will weld components in multiple positions and collaborate with a dedicated team to push excellence.

Competitive pay ranges from $18/hr to $27/hr based on skill and experience, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, HSA, FSA, and PTO. Day and weekend shifts are available, with differential pay for weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience as Welder with ability to weld in multiple positions (flat, vertical, overhead).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Knowledge of MIG, TIG and arc welding techniques.

Responsibilities

• Weld components in various positions to meet standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints/schematics for accurate construction.
• Perform maintenance on welding equipment and tools to ensure reliability.
