Job summary

Lakeland Regional Health seeks an experienced minimally invasive gynecologic surgeon in Lakeland, FL. You will perform robotic and laparoscopic procedures, provide patient-centered care, and contribute to surgical education and mentorship within a large physician group.

The role emphasizes endometriosis and fibroid management with minimal call requirements, supported by a team of physicians and PAs.

Qualifications

• Must be board certified/board eligible through ABMS or AOA.
• Must have current Florida medical license or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert MIS gynecologic care including robotic and laparoscopic surgery.
• Mentor surgical residents and maintain high standards of patient education.
• Lead interventions for endometriosis and fibroid uterus.
• Join an established gynecologic specialty group with support staff.
• Minimal call for clinical coverage only.
