Lakeland Regional Health in Lakeland, Florida is seeking a Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgeon to join a large employed physician group. The role emphasizes patient-centered care and collaboration, with no obstetric duties and light on-call requirements.

Ideal candidates are board certified or eligible through ABMS or AOA and hold or can obtain a Florida medical license. The group offers a base salary with production incentives and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Light on-call for clinical coverage.

• Provide expertise in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery—robotic and laparoscopic.
• Contribute to the surgical intervention of endometriosis and fibroid uterus.
• Join an established gynecologic specialty practice including a board-certified urogynecologist and three physician assistants to support clinic and surgical practice.
• No obstetric care involved.
• Light call for clinical coverage.
