Job summary

Kohler Co. is hiring an Enamel Cell Operator for the Kohler, WI site. The role involves handling, prepping, inspecting/packing castings for robotic enameling on the auto sink line, and programming enameling robots on a 3rd shift (10:54PM-7:12AM) with overtime as needed.

Qualifications include US work authorization, strong communication, physical endurance, and a preference for a high school diploma. Benefits start Day 1 with comprehensive health coverage and company programs.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Effective communication skills for manufacturing processes.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to meet physical requirements.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred; manufacturing experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle, prepare, and inspect/pack castings for robotic enameling and auto sink line.
• Drive PIV, fill powder feeders, change forks, program the enameling robots.
• Learn plate number and identify colors.
• Fill in and assist coworkers as needed.
• Bending, standing, and lifting are requirements of this position.
• Must pass a vision test to inspect ware.
