Job summary

Kohler Co. is seeking an Enamel Cell Operator (CHRE) for the onsite Kohler, WI facility. The role involves handling, preparing, and inspecting castings for robotic enameling, operating enameling robots, and supporting the auto sink line.

Candidates must be 18+, able to pass a drug screen and background check, and able to work third shift with overtime as needed. Benefit packages include day-one health, dental and vision coverage, a 401k with company match, and pension options, plus paid holidays

• Fill in and assist coworkers as needed.
• Bend, stand, and lift as part of the duties.
• Pass a vision test to inspect ware.

Enamel Cell Operator (CHRE)

Location:

Onsite – Kohler, WI

Competitive Compensation:

$2 6.55 per hour, plus $1.50 shift differential

Shift:

3rd Shift; 10:54PM-7:12AM, plus overtime; Occasional mandatory overtime may be required as needed

• Additional duties include driving PIV, fill powder feeders, change forks, program the enameling robots.
• Learn plate number and identify colors.
• Fill in and assist coworkers as needed.
• Bending, standing, and lifting are requirements of this position.
• Must pass a vision test to be able to inspect ware.

• 1+ year of manufacturing, industrial, or warehouse experience preferred.
